Training
At this point in the process, hc1 will set up training sessions with the relevant members of your team. These classes are meant to completely onboard key users and administrators so your team can effectively utilize hc1.
Enablement
In addition to training sessions, your team will be provided with content focused on the key features of hc1. Enablement includes documentation of your system design as well as a layout of your administration architecture.
