hc1 Activation Has 4 Primary Stages
Every client is unique and each hc1 product may require different specifications, so each activation will have a customized project plan. However, the structure of each project will generally include four distinct stages
Provisioning & Platform Configuration
This stage is focused on confirming teams, requirements, expectations, and plans as well as deploying the virtual infrastructure for your hc1 platform.
- Confirm requirements and key personnel
- Resource and execute the project plan
- Configure application services to address specific client needs
- Identify and configure Test Utilization rules (if applicable)
System Integration
With a provisioned platform, the system integration stage is when disparate systems are connected. Once data mapping, interface building, and service deployment are complete, we initiate your production data transfer proceses and validate the entire integration.
- Discovery of system interface and customer data models
- Support data mapping and ETL
- Enable system integration
- Enable system interface monitoring
- Identify and collect core data
Reporting & Analytics
Now that data is being transferred, it's time to make sure that data can be analyzed and understood by the hc1 platform. This stage includes both teams working to create dashboards, rules, and analytics according to the project plan.
- Scope requirements for configuration and customization of hc1 Test
- Configure dashboards and reports to customer specifications
- Iterative development of custom views, reports, and dashboards
Training and Enablement
Before the system is finalized, the activation teams perform final system checks and validations to ensure everything works as intended. This phase also includes training of your team and guidance on how to roll out hc1 to your larger organization.
- Integration: Messages, mapping, and code
- Integration: Clinical volume and data integrity
- Analytics: Rules, dashboards, and reports
