  • Our Support desk, staffed by Support Specialists that can be reached via email or phone,  is designed to quickly address and resolve issues; if additional help is needed they will drive the coordination of resolution within hc1. This direct path of communication with Support will provide you with more timely assistance as well as insight into where your request stands if additional hc1 teams are required to assist. We will integrate your system administrator(s) with the Support team so that they know how to best leverage them.
