hc1 Service Select™  is a premium services subscription.  This subscription empowers clients to leverage hc1 expertise to maximize the value of their hc1 cloud services.  With hc1 Service Select™, clients can add custom workflows, rules and analytics, refine their reporting, further customize the hc1 CRM platform and better administer their hc1 services. The subscription also enables the development of targeted or ongoing education programs for hc1 CRM users, report writers and system administrators. hc1 Service Select™ is a great fit for:

  • Optimizing the analytics or integration capabilities of the hc1 platform
  • Partnering with subject matter experts for ongoing project management and application configuration
  • Building ongoing support or enablement programs for end users, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Gaining hands-on assistance with administrative tasks
