Validation
Though the end of the project is in sight, there is plenty left to do before system go live. The first step of the final activation process is validating all the data the activation teams have worked to build. Your team’s engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts should take the time to validate:
- Raw data to ensure functional and comprehensive system integration
- Utilization rules to ensure criteria is executed properly
- Analytics to ensure that reporting tools are accurate and complete
Training and Enablement
To ensure the integration with hc1 is successful after this activation project ends, there will be a host of training sessions to make sure your team is up-to-speed on everything they need to know to be self-sufficient in their use of hc1. This will take the form of enablement sessions for system administrators, users, and business intelligence users that will not only explain the importance of hc1, but also how to use it at a basic level.
Online Help
Throughout the Go-Live process, users will have access to online help resources via video tutorials and hc1 Academy. These tools can serve as quick references to fill the holes in information that someone on the team might have forgotten to make note of. hc1 Academy is a fully-realized resource library with articles and videos on how the application works and other more technical knowledge to keep your team educated on what they need to know during the Go-Live process.
hc1 Technical Support
Toward the end of the Go-Live Plan, your team will be introduced to the hc1 Technical Support team. Moving forward, these will be the experts you and your team should turn to when there is an issue with the software or if they have a question that isn’t covered in our resource library.
