Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) has the overall responsibility for the successful completion of the hc1 activation project. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the development and execution of any and all project documentation, communication, and reporting, as well as complete management of project deliverables, quality testing, go live, and transition to support. 

The Service Delivery Manager will schedule, attend and lead all regularly scheduled project meetings, kick-off and closure meetings, and technical and issue resolution meetings. He/she will be the primary point person for all hc1 activation communications. All questions, concerns and issues should be directed to the Service Delivery Manager and will be routed to other resources on the hc1 project team as necessary.
