We've automated how compendium updates are loaded. This training walks through exactly what's changing, how to fill out the spreadsheet so it loads correctly the first time, and how to avoid the most common reasons requests get sent back.

The single most important thing to know: the CDOS loader overwrites your entire CDOS every time a request is submitted. You no longer need to highlight, flag, or call out which fields changed — just make the edit directly in the file. But you also can't change the column order, column descriptions, or add/remove columns, or the import will fail and the ticket will be returned.
